Find the vitality potion, then click on the blue number to see who is buying it.
Scroll through the offers to see if there is one you want to consider.

Go on your realmofthemadgod account.
Do /tell mreyeball password.
Go back to realmeye and type your in game name for example: "Thernos"
Type in the password mreyeball told you.
After you typed it in, you logged on :)
